Q. If I make a payment, and my issue is not resolved or I am unhappy with the support offered, can I request a full refund?
A. Absolutely.  And we will process your full refund. 


Q. Can I return something to you? (not defective)
A. Yes. After 15 days from purchase, there is a 10% restocking fee. 


Q. How long is a quote good for?
A. Thirty (30) days 


Q. Will I be charged if you look at my computer and it cannot be fixed or I do not want to spend the money?
